About Me
My name is Maciej Lipinski
I specialize in navigating high-stakes employment and labour law matters. I advise and represent clientele on complex legal matters, always with a keen eye on the human elements at play.
Leveraging a PhD in psychology, my practice is informed by my body of research and teaching work at the University of Toronto, delving into the dynamics of persuasion and the ways that online interactions influence daily experiences and perceptions of truth.
My brand is excellence, and I strive to provide clientele a bespoke, peerless experience.
I do this by listening with empathy, challenging assumptions with care, and uncovering paths to solutions that might not be immediately obvious. My promise is to steadfastly navigate the complexities of workplace challenges with a compassionate ear, a steady hand, and a commitment to crafting resolutions that stand the test of time from a legal lens and on a human level.
