The workshop takes place over the course of two full days, as follows:

Day 1

Day 1 will focus on developing familiarity with modern generative AI tools, effective uses of prompts, pitfalls to avoid, as well as legal and organizational considerations impacted by using these tools in the workplace.

Working collaboratively on case studies, participants will test AI-based solutions to a variety of workplace challenges.

Day 2

Day 2 will be focused on a series of group and individual activities in which participants will practice using generative AI technologies in simulated workplace scenarios guided by collaborative group discussion and reflection exercises.

At the conclusion of this intensive 2-day training workshop, participants will have had extensive hands-on practical experience with using and engaging with AI tools in the workplace, in a safe and supportive setting designed to foster creativity and learning.

NOTE: All workshop participants will receive one month of access to a team-based generative AI platform to facilitate group learning and collaboration - providing participants with opportunities to work together on workshop material in a supportive team environment.
